Cancellation Policy
--- Flight Session Policy --- By purchasing a flight session package, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions: * If at least 1 hour of the purchased flight package has been used, the package becomes non-refundable and no refund will be issued for the remaining hours. * Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule a planned flight session must inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. * If cancellation or rescheduling is not communicated within the required 48-hour notice period, the booked session time will be considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. * For example, any planned session between 1 hour and up to 3 hours may be forfeited if the customer does not provide sufficient notice before cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage simulator scheduling efficiently. --- Liability & Participation Agreement ---- By signing this document, I acknowledge and accept all risks that may naturally arise from participating in the flight simulator experience and related activities. I confirm that I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, physical discomfort, personal damage, loss of personal belongings, or any other unforeseen situation that may occur during or as a result of participation. I understand that the simulator experience may include realistic motion, visual effects, cockpit equipment, and operational procedures which may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or sensitivities. I further agree to release and hold harmless the business, its owners, employees, partners, and representatives from any current or future claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the facilities, equipment, or services provided. I also acknowledge that any intentional damage, misuse, negligence, or improper handling causing damage to simulator equipment, cockpit components, hardware, or facility property may result in repair or replacement costs for which I may be held financially responsible. By signing this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all terms voluntarily.
