2. Returns for Physical Products

You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or personalized simulator parts.

Downloadable software or digital products.

Services already rendered (e.g., simulator flight sessions, training once completed).
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations of Simulator Bookings

Simulator flight reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the booked session.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details.
